Where will the tour guide meet us at the cruise port?

Our private tour guide and chauffeur will meet you directly outside the cruise port exit gate holding a personalized welcome sign with your name. The walk from your ship to the gate is short, or you can take the free terminal shuttle bus.

What is your Back-to-Ship Guarantee?

We guarantee 100% to return you to the cruise port on time, well before your ship's all-onboard call. With over 15 years operating cruise shore excursions in Vietnam, we maintain a 100% on-time record.

What happens if our cruise ship cannot dock due to bad weather?

We provide a 100% Full Refund (No Port, No Pay policy) if your cruise ship is unable to dock at the port due to rough seas, typhoons, or cruise line itinerary changes.

Do I need a visa to join a Vietnam shore excursion?

For day tours, most cruise lines issue a loose-leaf landing visa (shore pass) directly onboard. You only need to bring a photocopy of your passport and your cruise sea-pass card with you.

Why choose a private tour over cruise ship bus excursions?

Our private tours offer luxury air-conditioned vehicles, flexible pacing, local expert guides, authentic regional dining, and allow you to avoid crowded 50-passenger cruise ship buses.
